- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 6 medium potatoes peeled and sliced
- 1 cup light cream undiluted

Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the beef and pour off excess fat. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, onion, and tomato soup.
- Arrange layers of potatoes and meat in slow-cooker with potatoes on bottom; pour soup mixture on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours.
- Turn control to high, pour cream over dish and cook for additional 15–20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
