flour tortillas

can tomato sauce
sour cream
Instructions
Brown the beef with the green pepper, garlic, oregano, onion, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Pour half of tomato sauce into greased 10-x6-x1-1/2-inch pan.
Fill each tortilla with meat/pepper/onion mixture, refried beans, and 2 tablespoons cheese. Roll and place seam-side-down in sauce.
Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish with sour cream.
