Ingredients
- 3/4 lb ground beef
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 16 oz can refried beans
- 2 cups Shredded cheese
- 8 6-inch diameter flour tortillas
- 1 16 oz can tomato sauce
- sour cream

Instructions
- Brown the beef with the green pepper, garlic, oregano, onion, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Pour half of tomato sauce into greased 10-x6-x1-1/2-inch pan.
- Fill each tortilla with meat/pepper/onion mixture, refried beans, and 2 tablespoons cheese. Roll and place seam-side-down in sauce.
- Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish with sour cream.
