Ingredients
- 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen spinach thawed and drained
- 8 oz plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup green onion chopped
- 1 cup shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 Tbsp red pepper chopped

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the red pepper; mix well.
- Pour mixture into a 1-quart casserole dish or 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20–25 minutes or until heated through.
- Sprinkle with chopped red peppers.
