Tartar Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet relish, and onion.
  2. Stir in lemon juice; season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
  4. Store up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees (375 degrees if fish is thin.)
  2. Arrange fish in ungreased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix margarine, lemon juice, and onion; drizzle over fish.
  5. Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes or until fish flakes very easily with a fork.
