- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 bone-in chicken thighs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour to form a roux; whisk in the milk and bring to a boil. When milk has thickened, add the horseradish, sour cream, and mustard. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
- Place chicken thighs in an oven-safe baking dish (skin-side up) and pour horseradish-cream sauce over the chicken. Bake 50–55 minutes until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
