Bacon-Wrapped Water Chestnut Rolls
Instructions
  1. Soak chestnuts in soy sauce overnight; drain.
  2. Microwave a plate full of bacon for 20 seconds.
  3. Dip 1 strip of bacon in brown sugar and wrap around a water chestnut.
  4. Hold in place with a toothpick.
  5. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 5–8 minutes or until bacon is done.
