Ingredients
- 1 can whole water chestnuts
- 1/2 bottle soy sauce
- 1 lb bacon pre-sliced
- Bowl of brown sugar
- Colored toothpicks

Instructions
- Soak chestnuts in soy sauce overnight; drain.
- Microwave a plate full of bacon for 20 seconds.
- Dip 1 strip of bacon in brown sugar and wrap around a water chestnut.
- Hold in place with a toothpick.
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 5–8 minutes or until bacon is done.
