These ground beef, cabbage-filled buns are great for a quick 'grab-n-go'. This recipe came from great-grandma and is a family favorite. It works best to have 2 people when filling the buns so one can open the bun while the other is adding the filling. We have made extra batches and put them in the freezer. It takes a few tries to get the hang of filling the buns, so be ready for some laughs while you figure it out.

Instructions
- Set buns on a baking sheet to rise (or use speed method on package to cut down on wait time if preferred).
- Brown the ground beef, onion, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Once browned, add cabbage and cook until the cabbage wilts.
- Once buns are raised, pull apart wide enough to get filling inside and seal back up around the filling to create your filled bun. (usually 2-3 Tbsp of filling)
- Place buns seam-side down on baking sheet. Continue until all buns are filled or you run out of filling.
- Bake approx. 15 - 20 minutes. Brush buns lightly with butter on top while cooling.
