Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 Tbsp butter cold
- 3 cups Creamed Corn fresh, frozen, or canned
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 3 eggs beaten
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp onion optional
- 12 soda crackers crushd
- 2 Tbsp butter melted

Instructions
- Heat milk in a small saucepan until it forms a skin but does not boil. Stir in 3 tablespoons of butter until it melts.
- Mix corn and cornstarch in a large mixing bowl until cornstarch is dissolved. Add eggs, sugar, and seasonings. Mix into the milk and butter; add 6 crushed soda crackers.
- Pour into a greased 1 1/2-2 qt baking dish. Crush 6 more soda crackers and sprinkle on top until covered; pour 2 Tbsp of melted butter over crackers.
- Let stand for 1 hour, bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour or until set in the middle.
