Aunt Marcy\’s Cranberry Salad
This is my family’s favorite cranberry salad! It was the one thing my oldest brother (nine years older) asked me to make when he lived at home.
  1. Grind cranberries and sugar in a blender and set aside for 30 minutes. Measure pineapple juice, mandarin orange juice, and water to get 4 cups. Boil.
  2. Remove from heat and pour over gelatin, stirring until dissolved with a wire whisk.
  3. Refrigerate until jelled consistency, approx. 40 minutes.
  4. Add all fruits and nuts, pour into a large glass bowl, and refrigerate until set. May cover with whipped cream or whipped topping.
Recipe Notes

Notes: You don’t have to use all four jello flavors as long as you have 11/3 cups total, but it gives the best flavor.
