Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cranberry gelatin
- 1/3 cup raspberry gelatin
- 1/3 cup blackberry gelatin
- 1/3 cup black raspberry gelatin
- 4 cups liquid (fruit juices or water)
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 106 oz can mandarin oranges
- 2 large apples chopped
- 2 oranges peeled and chopped
- 2/3 cup pecans

Instructions
- Grind cranberries and sugar in a blender and set aside for 30 minutes. Measure pineapple juice, mandarin orange juice, and water to get 4 cups. Boil.
- Remove from heat and pour over gelatin, stirring until dissolved with a wire whisk.
- Refrigerate until jelled consistency, approx. 40 minutes.
- Add all fruits and nuts, pour into a large glass bowl, and refrigerate until set. May cover with whipped cream or whipped topping.
Recipe Notes
Notes: You don't have to use all four jello flavors as long as you have 11/3 cups total, but it gives the best flavor.
