- 1-1/4 oz light or spiced rum
- 1/2 oz cinnamon schnapps
- 3 oz Apple cider
- 1-1/2 oz honey simple syrup
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 scoop crushed ice

Instructions
Honey Simple Syrup
- Heat 2 parts honey to 1 part hot water in a saucepan over medium-low heat until the mixture reaches a simmer.
- Remove from heat and cool.
- Store at room temperature or refrigerate as desired. Lasts 4 weeks in the refrigerator.
Beverage
- Combine ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth and garnish with a light cinnamon sprinkle.
Recipe Notes
TIP: While the simple syrup mixture is simmering, infuse it with herbs, spices, citrus peels, or other aromatics. (Rosemary, grapefruit peel, peppercorn, pomegranate seeds, and vanilla bean are just some of the possibilities.) Cool and strain the infused syrups before using.
