Ingredients

apples
peeled and finely chopped

Apple cider

sugar

ground cinnamon

tsp
cloves
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Prepare apples and put into a large pot; cover with cider, sugar, spices, and salt. Cover and cook over low heat for 1-1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Spoon into jars, cover, and refrigerate.
