Ingredients
- 6 lbs apples peeled and finely chopped
- 1 cup Apple cider
- 2-1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Prepare apples and put into a large pot; cover with cider, sugar, spices, and salt. Cover and cook over low heat for 1-1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon into jars, cover, and refrigerate.
