- 4 cups apple pulp
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp allspice
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
- Combine ingredients and cook gently until thick and darkened in color.
Recipe Notes
Note: You can also pour the hot mixture into hot jelly jars, adjust lids, and process 10 minutes in a boiling water bath.
