Sour Cream Raisin Bars
When I saw the Sour Cream pie recipes in the April issue, I wanted to share my recipe for Sour Cream Raisin Bars. Everyone loves these and they are easy to transport in bar form instead of pie, which was my dad’s favorite.
Beef Stew
You usually have everything in your pantry to make this. It smells wonderful while cooking and tastes even better. I would make this stew for my spouse when he worked for the Minneapolis Fire Dept. The guys at the fire station loved it.
