They are a family operated business that produces and sells 100% pure maple syrup from 2500 taps. After leaving Bauer Valley Maples attendees will enjoy a barbeque lunch catered in at St. Anthony Church/school.  Then the next stop will be at Mc Cluskey Brothers Organic Farms in the Cazenovia area. The day will conclude with a 55-minute train ride through rustic rural WI and museum tour at Mid Continent Railroad in North Freedom.
