Did you know Sandhill Wildlife Areaa has one of the darkest night skies in our state? Join a UW-Madison astronomer for this FREE event.
Jonathan Rebelsky will present a talk and slide show about astronomy and recent astronomical news. Afterwards, we’ll host a star party where you might get the chance to view objects in the sky through a telescope (dependent on sky conditions) and chat with expert astronomers. Families are welcome! Recommended for children four and up; must be at least eight to use the telescope.
Please RSVP by contacting Haylee Kraker, haylee.kraker@wisconsin.gov or 715-459-3301
