Woods and Waters Fine Arts Council presents Todd Oliver and his talking dog Irving. They will entertain you with his ventriloquism and humor. Todd is from Minneapolis MN and has been featured on the Tonight Show, Letterman’s ventriloquist week, and in 2012 was a top 4 finalist on America’s Got Talent. It’s going to be a great show!
