This contest will take place on Otter Lake, just North of Stanley, WI. Adult contest is from 10:30 a.m. till 3 p.m., and the youth contest is from 11 a.m. till 2 p.m. The adult contest is sponsored by the Stanley Rod & Gun Club with over $5,000 in prizes. The youth contest is sponsored by the Otter Lake Booster Club and is free for kids 15 and younger. Each fish caught by the youth will receive a prize. A warming tent will be available with free hot dogs and hot cocoa for the kids. This is also the DNR’s free fishing weekend, so no fishing license is needed.
