CHARAC Art Crawl 2026
The Cable Hayward Area Arts Council (CHARAC) announces the return of the Art Crawl, an open studio and gallery tour through the Northwoods of Wisconsin. This will take place Friday and Saturday, August 7th and 8th, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, August 9th, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Twenty-five sites with over 40 artists will participate, which are near Drummond, Cable, Seeley, Hayward, Springbrook, Winter, and Stone Lake. The artists’ works include wooden bowls, elaborate beadwork, paintings, photography, sculpture, fiber arts, jewelry, painted wood carvings, basketry, pottery, drawings, leather works, glass art, and much more. Artists will demonstrate their techniques at many of the sites, giving visitors a chance to engage directly with the artists.
A full color brochure with a map is available at area chambers of commerce and at many business locations. There will be signs along the roads to guide visitors to the sites.

CHARAC is a non-profit arts organization responsible for numerous student scholarships, teacher and artist grants, and support of creative public performances. Membership is encouraged to support the arts.
