11th Annual Deaths Door BBQ Washington Island Washington Island Airport 10 a.m. -5 p.m. Kansas City Barbeque Society Association sanctioned competition with $8,000 in prize money. Over 30 top teams from around the country will compete in chicken, ribs, pork, and brisket. Many of the teams will be selling their bbq and products all day. Live music, barbeque, food, island and non-island vendors, arts and crafts, kid’s activities, and raffles throughout the day. Free admission and parking. 920 847-2784
