Bake cake in a 9×13-inch pan according to the directions on the box. When cake is still hot, poke holes in the baked cake with a wooden spoon. Heat sweetened condensed milk and ice cream topping. Spread this evenly over the cake, allowing the mixture to run into the cake holes. Let cake cool. Spread with whipped topping and sprinkle on crushed candy bar.
