Instructions
  1. Prepare cake mix as directed on packet.
  2. Pour cake mixture into a 13×9-inch pan, or two 8-inch round pans. If round pans are used, the following ingredients must be split in half and placed in each pan.
  3. Place rhubarb on top. Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb and pour cream over top.
  4. Bake as directed on cake mix package, an additional 5 minutes of baking time may be needed.
  5. Let set for 2 minutes.
  6. Flip cake upside down on a platter.
  7. Serve with Cool Whip.
