Pierogi Ham Casserole
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray or lightly grease a glass 9×13-inch cake pan.
  3. Spread out pierogies.
  4. Add ham chunks. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, and shredded cheese.
  5. Stir in chopped onion. Spoon mixture over the pierogies and ham.
  6. Cover pan with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for approx. 30–40 minutes.
