Beef and Potato Dinner
lean ground beef
finely chopped onion
condensed tomato soup
peeled and sliced
In a large skillet, brown the beef and pour off excess fat. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, onion, and tomato soup.
Arrange layers of potatoes and meat in slow-cooker with potatoes on bottom; pour soup mixture on top.
Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours.
Turn control to high, pour cream over dish and cook for additional 15–20 minutes.
