Beef and Potato Dinner
  1. In a large skillet, brown the beef and pour off excess fat. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, onion, and tomato soup.
  2. Arrange layers of potatoes and meat in slow-cooker with potatoes on bottom; pour soup mixture on top.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours.
  4. Turn control to high, pour cream over dish and cook for additional 15–20 minutes.
  5. Serve warm.
