  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a medium skillet on medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil; sauté onion and garlic until soft (approx. five minutes).
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine crab, potato, relish, seafood seasoning, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and onion and garlic mix.
  4. Form into 24 crab cakes.
  5. Place crab cakes on nonstick or lightly sprayed baking paper and drizzle with remaining olive oil.
  6. Bake approx. 15 minutes or until they are lightly brown.
